We want you to love your SunKissed swimwear as much as we do! If your purchase doesn’t fit quite right or isn’t your perfect beach match, our returns process is as effortless as ocean waves.

Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in resalable condition – just like you found them in our virtual beach cabana.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Initiate Your Request: Email our customer care mermaids at [email protected] with your order number and whether you’d like a refund or exchange (see template below).
  2. Package Your Items: Place the unworn items with tags in their original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
  3. Ship It Back: Send your return to:

  4. Track Your Return: We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timeline: Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Note: International refunds may take additional processing time.

Exchange Information

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • Standard shipping fees apply for the new item
  • If the exchanged item costs more, you’ll pay the difference
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference

Non-Returnable Items

To keep our beach cabana running smoothly, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Rashguards (for hygiene reasons)
  • Final Sale Items (clearly marked on product pages)
  • Swimwear without original tags or showing signs of wear
